September 2018

Monday, September 3, 2018: I have been busy helping my friend China move province the last few days, and I already miss her. She departed yesterday, but we spent all day together. I have had my Tamas paused for most of this, but finally have some time for them this evening. I can't believe we are into September already!!

Tess left her son in my care and I got around to raising him yesterday. His name is Jon and he is a full and happy little Marutchi. Tya is now an itchigotchi, and I've been letting the hunger hearts empty out. I need to do this one more time (and let the attention light turn off before I fill the hearts). This should ensure I get the Androtchi/Hanatchi character. :) China is still waiting on a visit from the matchmaker but that should be anytime now.

Baby Blue V1 is now 24G!, Red V2 is 15G!, and of course purple V1 is only 1G!. I will be back with updates.

7:00PM: The matchmaker just came for China and brought her a character from Osutchi/Mesutchi that I cannot remember the name of right now. Either way she now has a baby boy. :)

Tuesday, September 4, 2018: This morning I was awake by 9AM to be up for my Tamas.  China and son are doing fine. Jon and Tya are still Marutchi and Itchigotchi, but I expect a change to happen soon for both of them. :) Busy at the moment -- I am updating from a friends MacBook Air.

Wednesday, September 5, 2018: I am definitely headed for Tarakotchi-dome after the day my Tamas have had. I woke up this morning at 9 and looked in on everyone, then immediately got in the shower and took off from home for two appointments. I didn't get back until after 12:30PM and everyone was beeping and unhappy. Poor Tya was even sick!!

Jon changed into an Oniontchi yesterday afternoon, but everyone else has since stayed the same. I expect China to be leaving her son behind after tonight....

I kept my Tamas in the other room while my friend Maria came over for a quick visit. I've been really tired this evening and thinking of taking it easy.... But I may end up with Maria at a house party later.. Who knows!

Thursday, September 6, 2018: China was gone when I woke up this morning, and I am now raising her baby boy, Derek through the Babitchi stage. :) I was also very happy to wake up hearing changing music this morning, and it was Tya. She became a Kutchipatchi which I was very happy about -- even though I'd been aiming for Hanatchi/Androtchi, I thought I had ruined all chances of getting anything other than Tarakotchi. So I am very happy to see little Kutchi again.

Jon is still an Oniontchi and came around today with myself and two of my friends, Jenny and Maria. I've known both of these friends for over 20 years. :)

3:43PM: Derek just changed into a Marutchi! I love it when I get Marutchi for my toddler character. :) He is my favorite toddler next to Tonmarutchi whom exists only on P2.

8:00PM: Watched the movie The Canyons this evening. Crazy movie!

11:25PM: I went out again for a little while with one of my friends, for ice coffee. I am home again now and very happy to be I might add. Home is my safe place, that is for sure. I am hoping to be up early for my Tamas tomorrow. Derek will be awake at 8AM. I wonder if I should pause him. Jon won't be awake until 10AM so I am good there. I have decided to pause Tya until Jon becomes an adult as they are going to be lovers.

Friday, September 7, 2018: Today was a very lazy day. I saw Maria in the morning before she left to go back to Boston, and lazed around for the rest of the day. This afternoon while I was napping, Derek changed from a Marutchi into a Nikatchi. :) I have been taking good care of him and it paid off!

I decided to be proactive and put Jon and Derek to be at 8:33PM. Tya the Kutchipatchi is still awake until 10PM and I am going to enjoy some time with her.

Later: I just started watching the Docuseries Lindsay from 2014. It's a mini reality series about Lindsay Lohan that I have been dying to watch since it aired. I changed Tya's time so she wouldn't go to bed at 10PM. I want a Tama up with me while I watch and enjoy my show. (Fun fact: this documentary series was filmed shortly after she played in The Canyons).

Sunday, September 9, 2018: A quick update on this glum night -- I have to go back to work again tomorrow after being off for a week. Also suffering with tooth/sinus/ear pain. I don't know what's going on with my body lately... Anyways Tama update!

Yesterday morning I was laying in bed and woke to the sound of Jon changing. It was just shortly after 10AM and while I'd been hoping for Androtchi, I ended up with Memetchi whom I've not seen in a while. :) I've been connecting Jon with Tya a fair bit since I want them to have babies. Derek is still a Nikatchi and I pause him for short periods throughout the day. I think I am going to keep him home on pause tomorrow while I work. Jon and Tya will come to work with me since they are easy to care for. I am hoping they will help make my work day a little brighter..... I also hope I can snap out of this negative thought process.

Monday, September 10, 2018: Today was not a good work day at all. I went from a bad time in the office in the AM, to a awkward moment in the smoking section in the PM. Needless to say I was glad to get home and take a nap at 4:30. It's 10:14 now and I'm winding down for the night. I was really happy to have the evening to myself at home..

No changes to report with Jon (Memetchi)  Tya (Kutchipatchi) or Derek (Nikatchi). I expect a change from Derek by tomorrow and I'm always intrigued by who I will get on the V2. There is much more mystery with the V2 than the V1, but I love both equally. I plan on hatching a second V2 at some point so I can have a chance at getting more characters faster. :)

Tuesday, September 11, 2018: You know what I love about my webhost? The fact that I am able to update my pages using a ten year old machine that is beyond obsolete. :) Fun fact about me ten years ago:  I was using a 1997 Macintosh PowerBook back in 2007 (which at that point was only 10 years old). Now if I tried to use that machine today (which would now be over 20 years old), I would be lucky to be able to browse Google. :P

This Macbook is so old.... And it gets overheated REALLY fast. So I am gonna keep this short. Had a better day at work today! Jon and Tya are now in love and I expect babies to arrive anytime. :) I have a dental appointment that I need to attend in about an hour and a half, but I may come back with updates later. Derek was left home on pause today while I worked.

10:36PM: All Tams are in bed as of right now, but I wanted to come back and update to say Jon and Tya had baby boys together this evening. :) Now off to sleep I go.

Wednesday, September 12, 2018: Tonight I've been reading back through old entries from 2008 that I wrote on blogagotchi.com (RIP). I could really learn a lot today from my teenage self... I was much more content when I was raising Tamagotchi this time ten years ago..... I am going to continue reading those old entries this week.

My good news for today is that I got another Kutchipatchi. :) I took Derek out shortly after 10AM this morning at my desk to see he had changed into sweet Kutchi. I was hoping for someone new, but I love him. :) Jon and Tya are still with child.  I am once again going to bed (like last night this time) and hoping that I actually sleep this time.

Tomorrow is Thursday! We are one step closer to the weekend. I need to clean up my desk at work tomorrow as we have a manager coming visiting from another province. I will need to hide Tamas for sure.

Saturday, September 15, 2018: It's been a few days since I last wrote, and much has changed. First off Jon and Tya have both departed from their children, but they departed two days apart because I paused Tya a fair bit this week. On Thursday I raised Jon's son and named him Abel. He went from being a Kinakomotchi into a Itchigotchi this morning while I was still sleeping. It was after I got up today that I saw Tya had left, and I am raising her son, Astin, as I type this. :)

I'm most certain that the matchmaker will arrive sometime today for Derek, my Kutchipatchi, for he is 6 years of age and ready to marry.

Lazy day today again.... I stayed up way too late last night and now today I am really tired. Feels nice to be alone at home though today. I can nap guilt free if I so choose. :)

________________________________________________

Sunday, September 16, 2018: The matchmaker arrived for Derek earlier this evening, and she brought for him a Zukitchi with whom he had a baby boy. :) We had family in for dinner so I was lucky to catch the matchmakers arrival. I'm going to name the baby Dax, after a very important character in the movie The Adventurers. I actually enjoyed that movie with the exception of the first half hour, and then bits and pieces throughout.... I do not react well with violence in films.

Abel and Astin have been pleasant to care for. I am really hoping that Abel (itchigotchi teen) will change into Hanatchi. And as for Astin, he is still only a Kinakomotchi, but I would love for him to be an Adrotchi since he is an even generation. I have not yet gotten an Androtchi and that has been my mission for the last couple of months now. I let the hearts empty out a third time on Abel which I think has definitely messed up my chances of getting what I want. I am going to try the two care misses for Astin and hope for the best!!!

One thing I just thought about is this section of the website has a lot more life than I ever thought it would. The Connections keep on creating new generations and I really enjoy running these same three Tams through each generation. When I first began writing blogs I would always hatch a different shell colour because I have so many P1/P2 Tamas. As long as I keep mating them or using the matchmaker, these Tams can go on for as many generations as I want. :)

Monday, September 17, 2018: Today was a long day and the only thing that happened Tamagotchi wise was Astin's change into a Young Mimitchi early this evening. I'm gonna try my heart out for a Androtchi!!!

I expect a departure for Derek this evening, and a change into adulthood for Abel tomorrow. I really hope I don't get Tarakotchi! Long day today.... I was so happy to get out of that office at 7PM this evening.

________________________________________________

Tuesday, September 18, 2018: I kept such a close eye on Abel today because I thought he would be changing shortly after he woke up, but he didn't. I waited the entire work day and nothing. I caught all disciplines and kept the hunger hearts at 2 full all day, except for one mistake. And stillllll I ended up with.... Mametchi! I couldn't believe I got the best adult when I purposely let the hearts drop. :P Ah well, I was happy I didn't land myself in Tarakotchi-Dome again.

Talked on the phone for the entirety of my lunch hour today with China. <3

Abel, Astin and Derek all watched the movie The Hollars earlier this evening. The movie was cute, funny, and quite sad at the end. After that I browsed through Netflix and came across a new show called Insatiable. It's pretty good so far. It is far fetched yet believable at the same time. I need to get to sleep as soon as possible now so tomorrow morning isn't so difficult. I wish I was a morning person!

________________________________________________

Wednesday, September 19, 2018: I've continued to let the hearts drop a little more with Astin since Abel became Mametchi. I really really want Androtchi! I also raised Derek's son Dax after getting home from work this evening. Dax is a Marutchi and sleeping with poop by his bed. Oopps!

I changed the time on Astin's clock so I could keep him up past 8PM. I want to let the hearts drop one more time before I go to bed tonight, and then tomorrow he should change into an adult. *fingers crossed* I really want that little robot!

My manager told me today that I may need to train some new hires in the coming week... I'm hoping it doesn't take too long because I have really been enjoying having my Tams at work with me lately.

Just heard from China a few mins ago via text. No phone calls this evening as I am falling asleep. :)

Update!! Milestone generation that I forgot to mention: Baby blue is now at 25G!!! My goal is to get this Tama to 99 generations as my friend Elana did back in 2009. :) And after that she had to keep count of the generations since the counter does not exceed 99. I took up the challenge of this back in late 2008, but failed due to the fact that my Japanese Tamagotchi Plus (V1) buttons ceased to function anymore. I am hoping for a success with Baby Blue. :)

Sunday, September 23, 2018: It has been a very busy weekend and I never got much time alone to myself. Abel now has a baby girl whom I am going to name Alice. As for Astin, I ended up getting Memetchi on that Tama, instead of the Androtchi robot like I'd been hoping. Dax is still in the Marutchi stage due to pausing.  I am really hoping for a good nights sleep as I have to train people this week. Not sure how much time I will have for Tamas during my work day....

________________________________________________

Monday, September 24, 2018: Today I have no changes to report. Abel will most likely be leaving Alice this evening, though. I have to train new people at work tomorrow and I am really nervous.... I will most definitely be needing to take one of my anxiety meds tomorrow to make the day run a little more smoothly.

________________________________________________

Tuesday, September 25, 2018: I left my Tamas at home on pause today as I was training new hires at the office. However, I did raise Abel's daughter, Alice this evening. She is a Kinakomotchi and sleeping in bed now.

I'm still waiting on a visit from the matchmaker for Astin, and I don't know when that will happen with the amount of pausing I'm going to need to do over the next few days.. That should also tell you that Dax is still in the Marutchi stage.

I'm up rather late tonight... I don't need to get out of bed until 8AM tomorrow. I hope tomorrow goes as smoothly as today did! I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I'll be discussing the idea of going on Wellbutrin.

________________________________________________

Wednesday, September 26, 2018: I was training again at work today, and I also went to my doctors appointment. I may be starting Wellbutrin as soon as next week. I'm very nervous about this, but optimistic at the same time.

Dax changed into a Kinakomotchi this evening after I took him and my Tamas off pause from the work day. Then the matchmaker showed up for Astin at 7PM and brought for him an Androtchi (Soooo cute!!). Astin now has a baby boy alongside him. Alice is still a Kinakomotchi. I don't see myself getting who I want this week with the amount I will have to pause them.

As I get ready for sleep I am hoping that things will lessen at work and I'll be able to bring my Tamas back with me.  I am also thinking about becoming a little more active (with exercise), so I want to find my old Pocket Pikachu and motivate myself to walk more. :)

________________________________________________

Friday, September 28, 2018: It has been a really busy week at work, but finally I reach a weekend. My Tamas have been paused for the last few days, but tonight I unpaused Astin and baby to spend some time with them. My other two Tamas are on pause since it is past their bedtime.

I am getting ready now for a night out, so Astin is going to spend time with me while I predrink. I want to have a good night out so the Tams may just be paused through the night. :)

________________________________________________

Sunday, September 30, 2018: Yesterday I slept all day. I had been out late Friday night and early into Saturday morning. Wasn't the best time. In fact, neither was last weekend. I feel like I need to either start going out on my own, or not at all.

Alice changed into a Young Mimitchi today. I'm going to start letting the hunger hearts drop and play as many games and snacks as possible to ensure I get the Androtchi... Or will it be Hanatchi. Ugh.. I can never remember.

Astin is still with his son but I am sure if I put them to bed tonight he will depart. Dax is still a Hinotamatchi, the unhealthy teen. I did manage to catch him before he used the bathroom earlier, though! So who knows who I might get on my V2.

Nothing else to report for today.  Training tomorrow so Tams will be home on pause.
