4/5/2025: May the 4th be with you....! Happy Star Wars day! Well in honour of the day two Tams died on me. The first to go was Ginji (neon lights) at age 21 just shortly after 5pm.... And then shortly before 9pm Hashizotchi (blue lightening) passed away at only 13... Poor guy! I had more issues with that lightening Tam last night, but I'll get to that in a minute. At least Mimitchi is still here (marble pastel)! He's 17 years old and only just starting to show his age. I hoped Ginji would have lived longer considering I paused him quite a bit.... Same with Hashizotchi. I paused them all quite a bit over the weekend and yet they still left early. Tonight at exactly 9PM I hatched my "Art Style" gen1 Tama. :) I need Ginji back, hehe. I was going to hatch another Gen2 but decided against it for now... I've been real tired lately, so I've decided to just have Mimitchi and my newly hatched Tam which I hope to get Ginji on. :) So the story about my lightening Tama is this: last night while I was preparing to wind down for bed I noticed Hashizotchi's clock was ticking off minutes and aging rapidly! For every second that passed the clock was ticking 5-10 seconds ahead. I didn't know what to do so I paused it and unpaused and that seemed to fix the issue. No less I've decided that my lightening Tam will go into retirement forever as of tonight... Too bad cuz it's such a nice design, but I've had nothing but problems with it since I got it in 2022. Maybe I'll get another one someday... In other news I bought another Gen2 off amazon last night - the Festival Sky design. :) Can't wait to get it, and you can be sure I'll raise a Mimitchi on it. ;) Tonight we went out to Jungle Jims for dinner with Matt's family, and my Mom came too. I paused my Tams before we left for dinner because I didn't want anyone dying on me out in public. Had I not paused them Hashizotchi would have died at the restaurant and that would not have been good. Well that's all I've got to talk about for tonight.... Kinda sad about loosing Ginji and my lightening Tam.. Plus I am just really not feeling great in general lately. Tomorrow is the start of a new week!
