My GameBoy Tamagotchi
After 28 years, I am *finally* playing the Tamagotchi for GameBoy game! I own the USA version, and ordered the Japanese version "Tamagotchi 2" featuring Morino characters!
Tam #1 (hatched Oct. 27-31, 2025, named Geer): was a 10 year old Hashizotchi! He was my first ever GB Tam adult! He got to participate in two beauty pageants and one race in his short life. He left me an all black egg upon his departure....which means he was well cared for!
Tam #2 (hatched Oct. 29-31, 2025, named Mitts): was a 12 year old Masukutchi, turned secret character (Bill). He got to particpate in two beauty pageants in his short time here... He didn't leave me an egg when he departed which I found odd because I took *really* good care of him and rarely fed snacks...bye-bye little one...!
Tam #3 (hatched Oct. 29-Still Alive, named Edgar): was a marutchi (gen1), turned tamatchi (gen1), who then became the adult of Pochitchi (gen2). I find this interesting that the GB Tams switch generations as they mature... I wonder if this means I could get a ginjirotchi from a tongaritchi?
Tam #4 (hatched Oct. 31-Still Alive, named Stuart): was a marutchi (gen1), turned tamatchi (gen1), who then became the adult of Pochitchi (gen2) just like Edgar!
Tam #5 (hatched Nov. 6-Still Alive, named Linus): is a marutchi, turned tamatchi. I am not giving this one any IQ studies or sports points, but catching all discipline calls and taking good care of him.
